About Us

Golden Years Health Care Center is located in Harrisonville, Missouri just south of Kansas City. Our community-based, dedicated staff is available to help residents achieve and maintain independence. Admissions are accepted 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Deaconess Long Term Care (DLTC) at Golden Years offers comfortable housing and skilled nursing services to meet the growing needs of our aging population. However, DLTC is interested in providing more than just a place to live. We are dedicated to providing quality care in a compassionate environment. By respecting the unique characteristics of each person, we work together with each community to care for its residents as our guests, so they can remain productive members of that society.
